Our NPI work typically involve identifying and quantifying emission sources and developing databases for the purposes of compiling NPI reports. This would include reviewing calculations, improving data collection sheets, deriving emissions factors for cement production activities, and ensuring procedures are followed in line with the relevant emission estimation technique. The aim is usually to ensure efficient and correct calculation and reporting of emission to the NPI.

Sources of emissions at cement plants would typically include wind erosion from stockpiles, vehicle exhaust, fuel storage, stacks and vehicular activity (wheel generated dust).
