Jean Vincent - Administration Director

Jean co-founded PAE with Robin Ormerod and Kristin Zeise in 1995. She manages the administrative and financial side of the business, and also oversees client relations and business development. Jean is instrumental in ensuring that all of the issues arising on a daily basis are dealt with so that PAE continues to run smoothly. 

 

 

 

Rhonda Clare - Administration Officer

Rhonda looks after administration and supports our consultants on a day to day basis with travel arrangements, conferences, and client relations. Rhonda also assists Jean with the office management and financial side of the business. 

Estera Nagy - Receptionist 

Estera is at the front line of PAE’s operations and is most likely the first person to help you when you contact our Brisbane head office. Estera also assists Jean and Rhonda with day to day administrative matters. 

Mitchell Farquhar - Manager IT Support 

Mitch manages IT development and is responsible for the code development and application issues associated with the company’s real-time modelling and emissions management products.

With a degree in chemical engineering and skilled in software engineering, Mitch applies best practice to customise our systems to different sites and processes, and to deliver targeted onsite technical support and training to the company’s diverse range of clients.
 
Mitch is also experienced in preparing emission inventories for a range of facilities, including mining and metals processing, petroleum refineries, airports, automotive manufacturers, aluminium smelters and agricultural industries. He has also completed local and regional air dispersion modelling studies for the alumina industry, wastewater treatment plants and power generators, using CALPUFF, AUSPLUME, ISC3 and TAPM.
